Enable/Disable Fields when Clicking Another Field: Magic JavaScript

Usage

Add data-mjf="click_disable" data-mjf_click_disable_id="SLAVE_FIELD_ID" id="FIELD_NAME" to your onclick'able tag.
Add data-mjf="click_enable" data-mjf_click_enable_id="SLAVE_FIELD_ID" id="FIELD_NAME" to your onclick'able tag.
Add <script type="text/javascript">$m.wand.click_disable = true; wand.click_enable = true;</script> inside your <body> tag.

The radio buttons when clicked will disable/enable the field above

Notes

It's best to use a <input type="radio"> to enable and disable fields when doing both.
You can set a field to be disabled="disabled" when the page loads and set the appropriate radio button to checked="checked" if you'd like to force the disabled state by default.
You can use only the disable feature -OR- the enable feature, you don't need to use both.
